BEATbox our signature class; it is all about good vibes and good music. You will have to run to go through this class. (All Fitness Levels)

PUMP builds overall strength while shredding excess fats!! Involves short intervals of intense cardio and strength training to boost your metabolism. Come prepared to have fun, but work hard in this challenging class (Intermediate/Advanced)

SWEAT is a metabolism boosting workout. The workouts move quickly, the exercises are constantly changing, and it forces you to use your whole body as a unit. Get ready for your fitness to get fired up! (All Fitness Levels)

UpBEAT is our 60-minute advanced class that will raise your heart rate and drain all your energy. (Advanced Level)

Personal Training (PT)

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscles, increase your fitness level or even rehab from an injury. Your dream is mine; we will work together on developing a personalized program to meet your goals.

2 Meal Plans: $30

Eating healthy doesn't mean boring/tasteless food. I will be working on changing not only the way you eat but, most importantly your mindset towards food and healthy lifestyle.

Nutrition Program Includes:

  • Fully personalized meal plans according to your goals, including balanced meals, snacks and recipes.
